ABOUT ME...
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.
Born and raised in Washington, DC, I was so fortunate to be surrounded by art from an early age. A recent graduate of Tulane University, I completed a BFA with majors in Musical Theatre and Communications while exploring the lively city of New Orleans.
I began dancing at the ripe young age of 3, but my passion for the arts began even before that. My mom likes to say I was doing kick-lines in my crib before I could even walk! It wasn't until middle school, though, that my parents realized they could channel my energy and ~volume~ into something semi-productive, and that is when I fell in love with Musical Theatre. Since then, I have had incredible opportunities to explore all facets of the art in addition to performance, from choreography to properties management to company management and beyond. With each new experience, I have learned more and more about what it means to create art with a team.
As a storyteller, I dream of telling the stories that need to be told in ways that have never been imagined. I strive to use my voice as an artist to make change and lift these stories up. My passion lies in the intersection of the arts and affecting social change.
